Charlotte Woodage, 10, of The Batt CE Primary School, Witney, designed the cover of the Witney Carnival Programme. Matthew Lock, 11, also from The Batt CE School, designed the winning carnival poster, and runner-up Penny Oyedoh, from St Mary's School.
They are pictured with Witney Carnival Committee chairman Peter Davies who presented all three children with book tokens. The carnival committee would like to thank David Johns of Witney Tool Hire for sponsoring the prizes and all of the pupils and schools that took part in the competition.
